Health is intentional
Nutrition to me is now SO much more than diet. It’s what you consume, how you spend your days, the energy you give + attract, your habits & thoughts.
It’s about being intentional in every aspect of your life and letting yourself experience the difference.
Personally, what helped me the most was Nakul’s kind approach towards what it really means to be healthy and learning about the changes I can make in my lifestyle that help me feel good and live better. I used to struggle with something as simple as drinking water, I don’t anymore! I don’t feel the urge to eat out of boredom.
Safe to say, I can still call myself a foodie but I’ve upgraded to a mindful one :)
This kind of guidance is hard to find and I’m glad that I did.
