Overview

  • I understand nutrition can be daunting, there’s so much information that it can be confusing to understand what’s right for you and what WORKS FOR YOU.

    Then there are people selling you quick fixes, weight-loss in 21 days or “dieticians” who handhold you and make you dependent on their word with rigid plans. Diet plans. Nutrition charts. Measure your food. Count your calories. Eat 2x the protein. Applying principles of sports nutrition to regular people who want to live a healthy life and enjoy the world they live in.

    This is where Highway to Health™️ bridges the gap. The purpose of this program is:

    1. To build a strong, sustainable foundation that you can carry forward with you to live a healthy yet fulfilling life in which you’re in the driver seat.

    2. To educate and empower each one of you so that you understand the “WHY” behind everything that you do and it all makes sense.

    • This is for someone who considers their health to be a marathon and not a sprint.

    • Someone who wants to be the captain of their ship when it comes to their nutrition.

    • Someone looking to lose weight, gain muscle or to just live a healthy lifestyle while understanding the scientific principles.

The 7 Phases

  • We will gather date about our existing habits and beliefs regarding nutrition and health using journals, trackers and sheets.

  • Start building on the data gathered and developing robust changes.

  • Identifying deeper engrained challenges to find solutions, enabling us to move forward.

  • Setting up a roadmap for long term success and double down on the existing progress.

  • Moulding the internal and external environment to keep us on the path of success. Frameworks and strategies to work on mindset.

  • Working on the last but the key pieces in long term health to put us on the path of long term superhuman health.

  • The final climb to the podium by fine tuning and aggregating the progress and success of the program so far.
