….. The biggest role I play is removing stress from one aspect of your life. Your health. I become your “Personal Health Concierge”. All your problems are mine. I am the safe space, the judgment free zone, the patient Jedi master who’ll look out for you and show you the path. This isn’t your traditional masochistic coaching where the onus is on you with the cliched “Go hard go home”, “No pain no gain” quotes. It’s about finding balance and slowly chipping away.

Movement

Exercise, training, fitness is important. But from a health perspective we complicate it. It’s very simple: some strength training, a little cardio mixed in with new skill work to keep you mentally challenged and physically on your toes. Unless you’re a professional athlete or an actor. But movement is more than exercise. It’s about how you move through the day. A balance between strenuous movement and relaxing, recovery focussed movement. That’s the mix for long term health to keep your body injury free, disease free, pain free. Strong & resilient for years to come.

Nutrition

Nutrition is far more than diet plans, calorie intake and protein intake. It’s about your emotions, culture, availability. We often focus on the WHAT’s of eating, but with me, we also focus on the WHY’s and HOW’s of eating. This approach not only empowers you, but helps you take charge of your nutrition for years to come. So instead of YoYo-ing every couple of months you’re on a consistent path for the rest of your life.

Sleep

“Sleep is mankind’s attempt at immortality.” We spend 1/3rd of our lives sleeping. Or should ideally. Yet it’s something we take the most granted for and are constantly reducing our time sleeping. Good sleep is made of 4 things: Quality, Regularity, Continuity and Quantity. Sleeping 7-8 hours is important, but that’s a small part of it. There are numerous studies on how poor sleep is the leading factor for many health issues. Luckily with right coaching and the correct path, you could be sleeping like a baby in no time.

Mindset

“The Happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts”. Our thoughts and perceptions make us who we are. They are the starting point which leads to interpretation of events which leads to feelings. Most stress, long lasting chronic stress is self induced through thought patterns. That is why it’s important to face our fears and reframe our thoughts and perceptions for long term health. The impact chronic stress has had over mankind in the last century is insane. We have power over our mind and not outside events. When we realise this, we find strength.
