3 months of Hard Work & Hard Truths
Ayush reached out to me a with a very simple goal. Like everyone, he wanted to get ripped.
Just coming out of a knee surgery, having only 3 days to go to the gym and being a moderately social human (see: dranks) - we had to realign ourselves and talk about priorities.
While coaching, my clients long term health is of the utmost importance. Injury/stress/sleep management + relationship & understand of nutrition + sustainability of habits takes precedent.
Ayush was a great sport and we got to work.
Over 3 months:
1. We got stronger with no injuries/pains.
2. Worked out 3x/wk in a full body resistance format. Deadlift gone up by 20kgs
3. From 2 to 6 pull-ups.
4. Got into a structured routine with morning workouts.
5. Picked up sports like boxing and bouldering.
6. Weight stayed consistent @ 72.5kgs but dropped body fat% immensely.
7. Consistently eating well, whole foods, water. More Veg and Fruit. 20% of the time eating things we love & treating ourselves.
8. 8 hours of sleep every day, managing stress better.
9. Improved energy levels through the day.
10. Not compromising on the parties on the weekends. Drinking beers like thereโs no tomorrow.
11. Piquing interest of gals and getting rishtaas ;)
Ayush is someone who has all the fun in the world, has a very chill personality yet behind closed doors is super dedicated, hard working and focussed.
All these are the purely owed to him. Great job man! ๐๐ผ
