16 Years of Bodybuilding later
When I embarked on this journey with Nakul, I knew it would be different as his approach to fitness is very scientific and is totally divorced from all the irrationalities and humbug one sees on social media. He is brutally honest, and before I signed up I was told, there will be no magic diet or a plan but I would become self-reliant and capable of understanding my dietary needs, feel good about my body and establish a healthy relationship with food.
This program is much more than getting those superficial abs and losing them after a month because your nutritionist crippled you by giving templated diet plans. It focuses on listening to one’s body, which we seldom do. It emphasises on developing good habits like eating on time, drinking water, mindful eating and something as rudimentary as chewing the food properly. I inculcated these habits in my daily routine over a period of time and started listening to my body more, and as a result I lost 3kgs and 2 inches from my waist during the course of this journey.
I still continue to lose some more inches, feel healthier and fitter than I ever did.
