Learning & Unlearning
Working with Nakul has been a great learning and unlearning experience for me. It is very different from any other nutrition/ weightloss/ health goal oriented program I have heard of or undertaken. The foundation of this is to build seemingly small but essentially significant habits in a structured manner to help a person understand their relationship with food and their body and eventually orient a person to practise a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Nakul is a really patient coach and ensures not to overwhelm you with a long laundry list of “Dos and Donts” instead uses each week to introduce you to a set of habits and supports you in working them into your daily life gradually. What I appreciated the most about this program, is how supportive and non judgemental Nakul’s approach is.
I feel lighter as I am consciously trying not to binge, snack or eat just cause I can or am stressed. Drinking more water has helped me with this as well. I have a more structured day and a workout + meal routine which is a first. My sleep has improved and have a lost 4kgs.
