Healthy gut, happy life

Working with Nakul has been extremely helpful in building a positive and mindful relationship with food and having a healthy lifestyle.

Despite doing intense regular workouts, I never felt good because of bloating and gut health issues. But over the different phases of the program I finally started to feel light and normal again without making any crazy changes to what I was already eating.

By just learning small, easy to implement habits and changes - I saw a noticeable change in how I feel about my body, food - felt more energy during my workouts/throughout the day, bloating went away, gut felt healthy and lost 2 inches.
