Nakul adopts a very scientific approach. He helps his clients develop an extremely positive relationship with nutrition.
He makes small changes that are sustainable over a long period and believes in educating his clients about the why’s and how’s around food.
He does not give diet plans and allows one to experiment and really experience what they eat in a very different way. He even works on managing cravings, covers sleep and stress management. Over the course, one realises that nutrition is much more than what you put in your mouth.
I joined Nakul after a knee surgery. I had lost a significant amount muscle in my injured leg and was unable to do my regular workouts. Now, I can see visible results and have started to regain all the lost muscle mass.
Nakul is super approachable and patiently listens to one’s issues and suggests solutions.
