Rad Radhika and her rad journey
The first month of coaching Radhika was actually a gift from her son, my long time client and friend Ayush.
When I first spoke to Radhika, she mentioned “I am struggling with weight, acidity and insomnia but have been afraid to work with someone due to past experiences of strict diets, expectation of complete change overnight or losing all progress after sometime. Looking at the transformation in the health& lifestyle of both my sons is what convinced me to start working with you.”
Over 5 months, we focused on building small sustainable habits around health & lifestyle which we’d discuss through weekly calls, talk about our experiences, challenges, wins and the science behind it.
We started with very simple things like eating meals on the dining table vs the bed, not watching TV, walking after meals, getting some sun light. On paper it’s all basic & easy, but engraining them as a part of us is something where I helped, a bit.
She recalls, “Nakul totally understood my issues and with lot of patience, slowly got me to change the basic things which gave me excellent results. I was taking medication for my insomnia which completely stopped and was not less than a miracle to have a full night sleep after years. My acidity vanished and a healthier lifestyle was in place. Seeing me get better, my husband adopted a few changes as well.”
At an age where she’s focused on getting her son married (LOL) didn’t stop her from focusing on her on health and make changes is what inspires me to be better as well everyday.
